Pre-stage follow: winding speed is stable corresponding with yarn haul-off speed(30-800m/min).

Operation panel: 7 inches HMI, clear operation.
Package hardness: adjustable arm pressure, to reduce pressure marks and make package softer. Uniform hardness inside and outside.
Tension: adjustable air pressure tension pole.
Yarn breakage detector: when one yarn breaks the other yarn can continue high-speed production.
Cross ratio: can set the number and density of different patterns in the inner layer.
Info feedback: alarm and buzzers when yarn breaks or abnormal operation.
Finished product take-out: automatic when product finished or press the button.
