• Lube roller speed is adjustable & proportional to yarn speed.

• Follow and match the yarn speed to apply oil on threads evenly.

• The amount of oil applied can be adjusted by stepping motor, and the minimum oil value can be set 0.2g/min
• The V-shaped groove of the oil inlet is equipped with a sponge, to absorb and concentrate excess residual oil, preventing overflow and temperature loss.
• Induction heating module, the heating temperature can be adjusted from 35°C to 95°C.  OLED display and membrane buttons for easy operation.

Circulating oiling tank. (optional)

• Keep always the full level of oil to each spindle.
• One oil tank can supply for the use of 36 spindles.
• Hot lube take is also available with temperature controller (optional)
• Big-scale return oil trough and oil fender to filter without pollution and oil waste.
• One oil filter is devised for every oil wheel to reduce the oil slinging out.
• Detachable filter, easy to clean.
